Music City Tippler Launches Ladies Night and New Spring Menu

New weekly Ladies Night set for Mondays with 2-for-1 mules from 5-10 p.m.

Music City Tippler

Things are heating up in Nashville, and it is no exception for the happenings at Music City Tippler. This week The Tippler will launch its first-ever happy hour specials, along with its Spring Menu created by new Executive Chef Chris Futrell.
The Spring Menu offers a large variety of vegan and gluten-free options, as well as the highly anticipated Build-Your-Own Burger option that features many unique house made selections including Sriracha ketchup, bacon jam, saffron aioli and even a Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut bun. The decision making doesn’t stop there, but carries on to the varied selections of the Buttermilk Cheddar Mornay Mac and Cheese accompaniments, from traditional favorites such as bacon and sundried tomatoes to more adventurous options such as jalapeno bacon, lump crab, capers and fried egg. The Krispy Kreme doughnut will also reappear in the dessert section with a Krispy Kreme bread pudding served with macerated berries and salted caramel ice cream. Tippler favorites will remain on this seasonal menu including the chicken and biscuits now served with Nashville Jam Company’s pepper jelly, crab dip and Tippler Cobb salad.
“Chef Chris has been a staple of the Nashville restaurant scene for many years, and we are thrilled to have him dreaming up new ideas in the Tippler’s kitchen,” said Daniel Cheney, general manager of Music City Tippler. “I’m excited Chris has added Nashville originals such as hot chicken and Krispy Kreme doughnuts to the menu to put our own twist on the local fare.”
Chef Futrell has worked at Music City favorites including Silo, Miel, The Local Taco, Paradise Park and South, with 13 years of culinary experience in both the South and the Caribbean.
For the first time since its August 2013 opening, the Music City Tippler has launched weekly happy hour specials. The restaurant has quickly earned its reputation for craft cocktail specialties and now these libations can be enjoyed at a half-price throughout the week from 5 – 7 p.m. The specials include half-price mules on Mondays, half-price draft beer on Tuesdays and half-price draft cocktails on Wednesdays. Draft cocktail selections include the white Sparkling Sangria, the Incognito Mojito with a rotating flavor of the week, and the Slo-Mo-Gin. Happy hour drink specials will continue on the weekend with 2-for-1 draft cocktails and mimosas on Sundays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. including the traditional mimosa, the Tennessee peach Bellini and the pineapple mimosa. Monday through Thursday, these specials can be accompanied by half-price appetizers from 5 – 7 p.m. Half-priced appetizer selections include pork belly fries, pimento cheese crab dip, chicken biscuits, shaved fried pickles and more.
Mule Mondays are even more special for girls’ nights out, as Mondays will now be Ladies Night at the Tippler. From 5-10 p.m. every Monday night beginning tonight, all ladies can take advantage of the special $4.50 pricing of the popular Tippler mule beverages and half priced appetizers.
