Food, Wine & Design

Food, Wine & Design

I recently had the pleasure of attending Food, Wine & Design presented by Nashville Lifestyles Magazine and held at the Brand new Omni Hotel downtown Nashville! From the minute I walked through the door, I was taken on a visual and gustatory experience like none other! The added bonus is that I was in attendance with 2 of my favorite Nashville Food Bloggers, Lisa Mays of Wine With Lisa and Charles Hunter III of The Local Forkful.

This dinner series offers food lovers a unique and memorable dining experience at a dinner 2-3 nights in one week at one location. Each evening features music, food from local chefs, wine and beer pairings from area mixologists and creative table top designs by local designers. The cost was $100 per person and well worth every dollar!!

I attended on Wednesday November 13, 2013 where the Chef was the very talented Deb Paqutte of Etch Restaurant and Steve Robillo of Amerigo. The Serenata Latin Ensemble provided the music for the evening.

The evening started with a cocktail hour from 6-7pm with cocktails provided by Southern Son Vodka. The hors d'oeurves were provided by Chefs David Harker and Jonathan Moore of the Omni Hotel.

Everything that I tasted was A-MA-ZING! I just figured I'd tell you now so I won't feel compelled to make that comment on every picture below! Deb Paquette's Cusine has never let me down......
