Aura World Fusion Restaurant Featured in Mocha Market Magazine

Beer BBQ shrimp - Garlic Cheese Grits, Jicama-Celery Root Slaw -
The shrimp sits on a bed of delicious grits! The slaw is crispy and the beer gives it a nice tangy flavor. There are some green and yellow peppers that add great flavor.  

 


 
Grilled french pork chop - Grilled Leakes. Fingerling Potatoes. Green Peppercorn Glaze




Amazingly good and tender. Juicy! To my surprise, I cut open the potato and it's purple inside!!! The sauce is flavorful and gives a savory kick to the chop! The portion size is more than enough!

 


 
Prickly Pear Cheesecake with Basil & Citrus Yogurt Glaze - Wow! This tastes like I'm eating a cloud - It's soft, light, creamy and fluffy! The colors are beautiful and the edible "leaf", which is actually candied basil, gave a gentle contrast to the soft creaminess of the cheesecake itself :-) Chef Mathew created this dessert just two days before I came in so I was one of the very first people to enjoy it!


 



What an amazing dinner!
