Pazze Italiano Italian Food Truck

Pazze Italiano Italian Food Truck

On Saturday's during the summer, Centennial Park is full of people headed outside for good music and good food during the Musician's Corner festivities! Musical artists entertain on stage while 4-5 food trucks are always on hand to fill our belly's, quench our thirst and satisfy our sweet tooth. It also provides a centralized location where I know I will find some great Food Trucks each week!

On the very first Saturday opener for Musician's Corner this year, I came across a Food Truck that was new to me - Pazzee Italiano. As I approached the window, I realized that the owner of the truck looked familiar. The owner is Amy Pereballi, who also owns the Mean Green Ice Cream Machine, a food truck that I blogged about last year. Her chocolate dipped cheesecake was A-MAZING! She decided to start this Italian food truck to make food for her customers the way she makes for her family at home.

I decided on the 3 cheese Pizza with Provolone, Mozzarella and Pec Romano
This is a perfect food item for a day at the park! It's easy, simple and not messy. The crust was soft (just the way I like it), the sauce was just right and the three cheese mix was a perfect cheese combination.

This Red, White and Green Truck is hard to miss so make sure you stop by the next time you see them at a park, downtown or rolling around Nashville!

You can also follow them on Twitter at @PazzeItaliano
