Rajin' Cajun Crawfish Boil 2013

Rajin' Cajun Crawfish Boil 2013 - Nashville, TN

It's that time of year again! Spring has sprung and in Nashville, the Rajin' Cajun Crawfish Boil is one of those great Springtime events that we look forward to. The Rajin' Cajun Crawfish Boil is the Nashville Junior Chamber's major fundraiser of the year! Every year, over 2,000 event-goers descend upon downtown Nashville's Riverfront to enjoy over 3,000 lbs of Crawfish and the fixings, beer and live music!. The proceeds from this year's Rajin' Cajun Crawfish Boil benefits The Nashville Chapter of the American Red Cross.

I'm a proud member of the Nashville Junior Chamber and this was my 3rd year in a row volunteering at this wonderful event! Check out the fun I had below:

Crawfish, sausage, potatoes, corn on the cob........ I love a good Crawfish Boil!

My girls (Karesse and Juanita) and I enjoying the beautiful Spring weather!

Here we are again.......showing off our crawfish :-)

It was a Perfect day in Nashville for a Crawfish Boil!

Juanita and I were getting our grub on before we started our volunteer shift....

Me and my little crawfish :-)

Juanita enjoying her first Crawfish EVER!

So, for the 3rd year in a row I am volunteering at the Beer Pour Station. The first 20 minutes of the first year I volunteered were a DISASTER! Who knew that there is an art to pouring beer?? Half of the cups I was filling up were full of foam....Grrrrr. However, ever since I got the whole cup-tilt technique down, I've been unstoppable LOL!

You can find out more about the Rajin' Cajun Crawfish Boil on it's website @
